Content of treatment

We offer a variety of medical care options and expert staff.
  • Otology, Audiology and Neuro-otology
Bacterial infection of middle ear causes chronic otitis media and choesteatoma. Our mission is the improvement of the hearing and discharge by ear surgeries. We also treat several ways for sensory hearing disorders: the administration of corticosteroid hormone for sudden deafness, hearing aid or cochlear implant for progressive hearing loss. Especially, we evaluate pediatric hearing loss by COR, ABR and ASSR. Neuro-otologic tests and imaging procedures can clarify causes of the vertigo diseases.
  • Sinus and Allergy
The symptom of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyposis are nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea and hyposmia causing uncomfortableness. The management for severe cases of chronic sinusitis is endoscopic surgery. For allergic rhinitis, medication, surgery, or allergen immunotherapy is chosen based on its seriousness.
  • Laryngology
We are committed to providing the diagnosis and management for voice and swallowing disorders. Videoendoscopy is used to evaluate the motion of vocal cord and swallowing, or diagnose laryngeal cancer. Videofluoroscopy is also used to evaluate the swallowing. Surgery and rehabilitation are conducted according to the diagnosis.
  • Head and Neck Cancer
The combination of surgical removal of the tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is general procedure for head and neck cancer. The treatment for the early-stage cancer is surgical removal (minimally invasive surgical technique) or radiotherapy. For the advanced cancer, reconstructive surgery may be done after the extended surgical removal.
